Alyssa was born full term weighing in at 8 lbs. She was a

healthy happy baby. On Monday, 8/3 she stopped

breathing at day care. They started CPR and called 911. Alyssa was taken to Texas Children's Hospital where they were able to stabilize

her….

Surrounded by prayer, she began her valiant struggle to

recover. After 3 weeks in Pediatric ICU on a ventilator, she received a tracheostomy and a G-Tube was surgically

placed….

Following an additional 2 weeks in PCU, Following an additional 2 weeks in PCU, she was allowed to go home with she was allowed to go home with

This precious girl continues to fight for her life, and her parents are facing every parent’s worst nightmare, in that the future of their beautiful daughter remains in question. The strength and courageof this incredible family has been an inspiration to all that have heard this story or had the opportunity of crossing their path. Now it’s our turn…
