Results for some hematological traits-2
Results and Conclusion
Significant differences (P≤0.05)were observed in Serum Alkaline phosphatase ( ALKP) , serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and cholesterol( CH) levels of the infected and non infected sheep. There were differences in values of all the other parameters, both hematological and serum biochemical parameters, though not significant. It can thus be concluded that ALKP, AST and CH levels can indicate tehe extent of hepatic damage due to Faciola sp. in sheep
