Initial UX Assessment Designed to answer the question “Where do I start improving the user experience in my organization?” Beginning with an initial usability assessment, the Mindset team will help to determine what areas of the business have the greatest need for improvement. Combined with interviews, information from the IT service desk, and a technical landscape review, an initial UX Roadmap will be created, including recommended focus areas for that first UX project. Design Thinking Workshop For clients that have a known business area they are looking to impact, the Mindset team will conduct a Design Thinking Workshop to gain insights on the process, rapidly ideate on potential solutions, and deliver a final prototype and project backlog. The typical Mindset process lasts three weeks, bringing together end users, business, and IT sponsors, to design an impactful solution, but can be scaled based on client requirements. Ongoing Design Engagement From Design Thinking through delivery, a Mindset design resource will work with the development team and product owner to ensure design consistency throughout. Having the designer participate during the delivery phase maximizes user experience impact, and will help resolve any design decisions needed while product development is ongoing.
