Sergey Sologub was born in 1957 inKirovograd Town, Russia. Hegraduated from Russian State CinemaInstitute (VGIK), Design ProductionDepartment. In 1997-1991 SergeySologub worked as a designer ofproduction at the Sverdlovsk MovieStudio. The artist is resident ofCologne, Germany since 1991.He has participated in more than thirtygroup exhibitions and twenty-two one-man shows around the world. In 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 his paintingshad win a privilege to participate in anAnnual Exhibition of CologneMuseums "Lange Museum Nacht", Germany.Artist's paintings cannot be comparedwith any contemporary art. Each ofSergey Sologub paintings has a mysterious question, but is not a dream, rather a reality of the modernworld. "Winter Garden", "Silence", and"Paper Visit" are a few of his bestunusual canvases from the artist'ssurreal world. It's no doubt, SergeySologub is brightly represented in theArt of Imagination of XXI century.
