Experimental set up:Dilution with pure water
• Four crucial factors:• 1. Very pure water: Two sets of 18.2
MΩ: a large one, and a small one in the clean room
• 2. Class 100 clean room• 3. Argon atmosphere: 0.9999 purity,
and some critical place 0.99999 purity• 4. Wash all containers, caps, tubes, etc
What is clean?
• Determined by a laser counter that can measure N:
• N = total particles and clusters that are suspended in the water above 100 nm.
• For distilled water from supermarket• N is 5000 to 10,000• We require cleanliness to be N< 100,
and sometimes < 10
Picture of optical microscope on residues from evaporating 10 -3 M (mole/liter) NaCl solution. – crystal
of sodium chloride x400
AFM of NaCl crystal from the residues of 10-3 M Na Cl solution(20μm scan)
Possible 2nd order phase transition at ultra low dilution-analogy with iron• Water molecule iron atom• Electric dipole magnetic dipole • Ordinary water:E=0 ordinary iron B=0• External E External B• (Microscopic) (Macroscopic)• From ions-nature Man made• Stable water clusters Permanent magnet• With permanent • Dipole moment
Difference in the formation of stable water clusters with permanent
electric field and permanent magnet• 1. Collision rate• -- ion density temperature• more collisions higher temperature• 2. Phase transition occurs when• Ion density is reduced temperature is lowered
A phase transition is found to occur experimentally when the concentration of NaCl is diluted below about 10-4M. Ions are so far apart that dipole- dipole (i.e. water molecules-water molecules) interaction dominates.
Sodium chloride will not be formed and stable water clusters are formed. Below is the optical microscope picture of residues from evaporating 10-7M
NaCl, which is identified as stable water clusters (SWC).
40μm x 40μM AFM scan of stable water clusters from
residues of 10-7 M NaCl
Closer look at the stable water clusters (SWC), a 3μm x 3μm scan, with mostly 30 nanometer size clusters.
2 μm x 2μm scan tapping mode, AFM,of stable water clusters. There are a great variety of
shapes of SWC
Residues from evaporated 1.7x 10-7M NaCl solution
taken with AFM (left) and with EFM ( right). It demonstrates that SWC are charged
AFM(left), tapping mode, forward and EFM (right), tapping mode, phase backward; another
picture to support that SWC are charged.
On the left is optical microscope picture of the residue of one drop of 10-7 M NaCl. On the right is that of the residue from one drop of distillate from 10-7 M NaCl-
their similarity is a strong evidence that residues are not
contaminant
Infrared spectra for pure water- shown in brown and residues, (stable water clusters)-shown in red –
similarity of these two curves is strong evidence that residues are made up of water molecules and not
contaminants.

Suppression of coke formation in the steam cracking alkanes:
Ethane and propane• “in ethane pyrolysis the specific coke
formation rate on the quartz surface at 830°C decreased from 0.34 μg/cm2-min in the absence of the additive to 0.089 μg/cm2-min in the presence of additive, representing an improvement by a factor of about 4 in coking rates. “

Clinical tests support the improvement of immune ability
• Test blood for cytokines before test.
• Drink Meridian Crystal™ for 45 days.
• Test blood again to check on cytokins.
• There is a significant increase of interferon gamma.
• Test administrated by Norman Shealy, M.D., Ph.D.
How it works:
• Hypothesis: It contains stable water clusters that are the components of meridians in Chinese Medicine.
• By drinking “Quantum clusters”™ it affects and improves the meridians.
• Hence it is expected to improve one’s health.

• 78 volunteers
• Three sets of pictures
• First set: Before
• Second set: Ten minutes after drinking ordinary water- control
• Third set: Twenty minutes after drinking double helix water
Conclusion
• “Everyone is affected significantly by drinking SWC water in some part of the body in comparison with drinking ordinary distilled water”.
a: no change from drinking ordinary water, but heats up from
double helix water- 4 subjects
B: no change from drinking ordinary water but cools down from drinking
double helix water- 7 subjects
C 15 subjects: very little change either from ordinary water or double helix water- neck and shoulder area
Dramatic changes in other parts of the body
