BETTER shale shakers are special designed and manufactured with the advantages of high vibration intensity,

large screen area, adjustable discharge angle during drilling, simple compact structure and cost effective.

Tandem shale shaker and Triple combination shale shaker could be provided. According to the customers’ request,

linear motion shale shaker and balanced elliptical motion shale shaker as optional. High strength alloy material

SS304 or Q345 is adopted.

Mud Cleaners are the second or third class in the solid control system, combining desander cones, desilter cones and an underset shale shaker together. It can

be used to eliminate solid particles sized 20-74μm in the drilling fluids. Its structure is compressed, small size, powerful function, is an ideal choice for solid

control system.

Desander is the second class equipment in the solid control system, usually 8”, 10”, 12” will be adopted for separating >47μm particle.

Desilter is usually used after desander to eliminate the harmful solid particles of 15-44μm, and the usual cones are 4”, 5”.

The quantity of cones will be decided according to the treating capacity requirement.

Vacuum degasser is a special equipment to get rid of invaded gas quickly in the drilling fluids to recover specific gravity of drilling fluids and stablize its

performance. It is applicable to various kinds of drilling fluids cycling purification system.

The degasser is equipped with water-ring vacuum pump and constant temperature working status, which is suitable for sucking flammable and combustible gas.

Vortex mixer mixes solid additive with drilling liquid evenly. It is

suitable to the basic equipment in configuration of equipments for

drilling liquid. This mixer adopts rotational flow mixing technology,

and can fill betonies and barite, etc into drilling liquid quickly in

order to be adapted to complicated drilling process. This product

is of good mixing effect, quick filling of material, and no-blockage.

Jet mixer works generally together with shearing pump and is

mainly used to mix chemical medicine which is not easily

dispersed in drilling liquid. Due to high pressure at the outlet, it

can be installed under level of mud circulation tank.

Jet mud mixer matched with well drilling solid control equipments, mainly used to change drilling fluid density, viscosity, acid and alkali property, etc. Usually, it

was used with shearing pump together, which will be more effective. The Venturi tube and original jet nozzle combination design, not only simply in structure,

and also feasible to meet the 1500-9000 m drilling solid control system’s fluid aggravate and preparation. Double jet mud mixer could be designed according to

the customer’s request.

Mud gun is the special tool to prevent the mud precipitation in the drilling circulation system. The impetus of mud gun can come from either centrifugal pump or

mud pump. With simple structure, flexible operation, easy using, to make use of high speed drilling fluid flow to prevent precipation.

Mud gun generally mounts on the drilling mud tank roof; it is divided into high pressure and low pressure mud gun. High pressure mud gun with small discharge

capacity, larger pressure, work with drilling pump to supply liquid; low pressure mud gun with larger capacity and lower pressure usually work with centrifugal

sand pump to supply liquid.

Using the corrugated sheet structure, and with the “five stages purification, control of total access, total intrinsically safe circuit”, the mud circulation tank is well

received by the drilling crew.

The main features

* With the corrugated sheet structure, the tank body has the advantage of high strength, elegant appearance, and reduces the weight of tank body.

* The solids control equipments are rationally distributed, and up to five stages purification (rough screening, degas, desander, desilter and centrifugation),and

optimum the performance of the mud.

* With the zinc-coated steel grating, the tank level is fine-looking, portable, corrosion-resistant, and so on.

* The tank body’s are connected by pneumatic tyre unions and glass steel tubes, so they have the advantages of fine-looking, installation easily, reliable seal,

and so on.

* The tank body has a big capacity, usable capacity is up to 480m3.

* The water supply is automatic control, and every tank or compartment can be supplied water at the same time.
