Individual Learning Plan (ILP)Journey at SOIL begins by creating Individual Learning Plans based on Caliper Profile Assessment (a leadership potential assessment) which helps to list out and work on individual's developmental areas. Industry Mentors and Faculty work together with the students to achieve their goals aligning it with the ILP developed.
