A SOHO RESIDENCE The renovation business was quite a bit different in 2000, the year I designed and constructed the first apartment for these fantastic clients. Recommended from three other clients, designing and specifying their home in the 70’s off Park was a blast for both myself and Toby (my mom) – who designed all of their bathrooms – including their four toilets equipped with massage and heated seats. A first for TRH. They were thrilled with the outcome of our work and we stayed in touch for years to come. So much so that when my daughter was born – I remember watching this client walk up the stairs of our showroom to graciously hand deliver baby pajamas to me. She’s that amazing! So it came as a bit of a shock when she called me back in 2009 to tell me that they had sold the apartment. Her children were getting older and she decided they were packing up and heading to the “cool” part of the city: Soho. Luckily for me, the 4,000 square foot loft needed work. Working directly with her (she acted as her own interior designer – her taste is that impeccable!), TRH designed a renovation of the open kitchen layout, childrens bedrooms and bathrooms, cavernous living space, master bathroom and a dressing room that most women would absolutely kill for!

SOME OF THE HIGHLIGHTS FROM THIS IMPECCABLE RESIDENCE INCLUDE: • Floor to ceiling Custom European Acrylux Kitchen Cabinetry
