Start a new Program for a Product by associating Resources. Program Backlog can

be defined by scoping Features from Product Backlog or adding Features.

Add Program & Program Backlog

Feature can be further delineated through Requirements/Stories/both. Define User

Stories for each Feature and optionally associate them to Requirements.

Plan Releases for a Program on Release Dashboard. Add a Release or Click on a

release to see its status and progress.

Create a Scrum Team. Add the Team Backlog by scoping User Stories or Defects &

assign them to an Iteration.
