Key qualifications are competencies, skills and capabilities that are not related in an immediate and limited way to certain disparate

practical activities.

The term Schlüsselqualifikationen (key qualifications) was first used in Germany by educational researchers in the early 1970s, The term includes elements of dynamic development, rationality, humanity, creativity and flexibility.

W h a t are "Hard Skills"

Hard skills are technical skills.

Hard skills are specific, technical abilities that are based in fact.

Like (1) writing programs for computers (2) preparing a balance sheet (3) working on a particular machine for a particular process in a manufacturing workshop, (4) dealing with especial softwares & etc. In fact it the knowledge that we get from University , School.
