Implementation

Master System of SWA Server (Software) will be installed on the PC with Production Head for Data Acquisition.

PCs in Production and PC with Plant Head shall be installed with SWA Reporting and On-Line Status Display Software.

Each of the Two Filling & Packing lines shall be installed with Six sensors for Production data capturing.

There shall be two Touch Screen Monitors on each of the lines, one for Filling and second for Packing for Down Time allocation.

Training to Supervisors and operators on both lines shall be provided by Sofient.
