Physical Changes & Adjustments
The question would be how the body changes in mobility, appearance, and sensory systems? According to Bee (2000) Those adults who exercise regulary-both aerobic and weight strength—have better health (p.122).
End-of-Life
We come to a point in our lives to face the reality that there is an ending of living things. Harris and Noble (2006) explained the end-of-life issues in older people. In this article, they mentioned the inadequacy, inequality, and the care of older people. These applies to Ischaemic heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and lowerrespiratory infections, and cancer (p. 3). Symtoms are:•Weight loss (greater than 10% over 6 months)•General physical decline•Serum albumin <25g/1•Reduced performance status
•Dependence in most activities of daily living.

Physical Changes and adjustments
•Today, defining health and illness is too broad. “Many people now include biological, psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, and environmental components” of illnesses and therefore how would you rate your health? (p. 81).
