What Is Social Learning?Many companies keep staff development separate from their daily business. Learning happens either in the classroom or as an e-learning program through an extra application. But the trends in this area show that employ- ees are no longer willing to learn at a set time and at a set place. They want learning programs that they can access when and where it suits them best (e.g. on the go) and that are seamlessly integrated into their daily work.
