Delivered this presentation to IBM India Learning fraternity in the India Learning ShareNet 2012 on 19th Nov at Bangalore, India and won the first prize. In my view it is the acceptance and appreciation of social learning in many ways by the learning community. Thanks to all involved in making the IBM Manager Community (within the firewall) a great place for IBM People Managers. — at Matthan Hotel Bangaluru.

Community members are finding value, recommend the community.

A good set of resources, links and people in one place

A link to other IBM managers, and a true feeling of

community.

As a new manager, it has

been a great place to

learn and gain new

insights

I am learning from other IBM managers ,

especially from their personal experiences.

This is by far one of the best communities I have seen in IBM, where people have a

genuine interest to share, learn and network. Great events, learning activities and

community building. we're share there are great efforts behind it but it surely pays

off!

The manager calls and forums

have been very helpful.
