WASHING INSTRUCTIONSEach garment is manufactured by Ihsan Sports using only thehighest quality materials under the strictest regulations. Werecommend our garment care instructions be followed to prolongthe life of our products and keep them looking their best for you.It must be noted however that most fabrics will discolour dueto staining by substances such as grass and mud, and it maynot always be possible to completely remove such stains bywashing.

To achieve the best washing results our experts recommendremoving as much mud from the garments as possible beforethey are put in the wash. Follow the instructions provided bydetergent manufacturers, especially when using heavy-dutydetergents designed to remove difficult stains. Avoid using bleachor products containing chlorine, as they cause fading and maydamage fabrics or decorative trims.

Discolouration caused by stains can be greatly avoided by soakinggarments while the stain is still fresh. Light coloured garmentsmay require additional attention such as pre-wash soakers toassist in the removal of deep stains.

Dirt cannot be removed properly if there is not enough water towash it away with, so ensure the ratio of water-to-garments isat least sufficient enough for each garment to be fully immersedin water. Overfilling washing machines can lead to the re-depositing of dirt, resulting in all the garments becoming stained.

Fabric conditioners may lead to a build up of film on fibres,preventing the washing process from penetrating filaments anddislodging dirt. Our experts thus recommend that conditionersbe avoided when washing jerseys, shorts and other garmentsmanufactured using polyester blends.

Ihsan Sports will not accept liability for any discolouration ordamage to garments which has occurred outside themanufacturing process.

EmbroideryTo prevent splitting fibres, we recommend using a needle nobigger than size 70.

Customising your garmentAs we will be unable to exchange goods after customisation, werecommend that our customers check their orders carefullybefore printing/embroidery.

We are unable to provide advice on any decorative/customisationprocesses other than those which we supply/offer. Ihsan Sportswill not accept liability for any damage and/or discolourationcaused during the application of such decorative services thathave not been rendered by us.

Heat applied logos/badgesTo avoid fabric shrinkage or distortion, it is recommended thatcontact temperatures do not exceed 160°C and heat should notbe applied for more than 40 seconds.

Always use a suitable protective layer to prevent the accidentalre-printing of dyes onto other surfaces.

All surfaces and fabrics must be kept free from dirt during allstages of the application process.

Before beginning the application process check that zippercomponents do not become trapped between press surfaces.

Screen-printingAny garment that has been screen-printed should be kept awayfrom heat to prevent the transfer of dyes between fabric surfaces.

To prevent staining or smudging, allow the screen-printed areasof a garment sufficient time to dry before folding or wearing.

Maximum curing ambient temperature is 160°C.16
