The client is a Fortune 500 company that is one of America’s leading providers of smart energy solutions. It currently provides 48 million MWh of power annually to its retail customers in the US and is the largest commercial and industry retail electricity provider in Texas.

Customer were using Worksoft test Automation tool and were helped by a large SI to automate their business process.

The process built by the team were not stable as they had not followed recommended standards & procedures. Hence maintenance of the automated testing processes were becoming expensive and reusability was very low.

SOAIS team revisited already developed scripts and deployed Worksoft defined process & procedures.

The team focused on building smaller (Child) processes, so it can be reused.
