3.1 Initiatives of the IQAC in Sensitizing/Promoting Research Climate in the institution
CSE In order to promote research activities , the college has taken initiatives to extend financial support of
Rs. 1 Lakh as a seed money to the faculty members to pursue research in their area of study. These
research works are likely to be submitted to the Research Establishment in the due course.
IT New Facility Created
2017: MOUs & Collaborations with IBM in the year 2017 to conduct a three different course
like IOT/ Cloud Computing/ Big Data Analytics.
Established IT Lab in Pre Engineering Block with 60 computer systems with Windows
Operating System
2016: Established three IT Labs in Third floor of II Block
3 IT Labs each with 30 computers systems with Windows Operating System.
ECE Resolved for sanction of seed money of INR1Lakh for a faculty to promote in house
research activity. This is treated as in-house as proposals. INR 5lakshs is sanctioned in this
regard. Such completed projects to be elevated for Granted projects are under consideration
towards benefiting the corresponding investigators.
BT Institute is providing seed money of Rs 1 Lakh for research to faculty members. With the
results generated from this seed money they will be encouraged to further apply for National
funding agencies.
ECM Institute is providing seed money of Rs 1 Lakh for research to faculty members and their work and results will help them to apply for National funding agencies.
EEE Institute is providing seed money of Rs 1 Lakh for research to faculty members. With the results generated from this seed money they will be encouraged to further apply for National funding agencies.
MBA To explore research work to intiate research .
With this regard college sponsors Rs 1,00,000/- for researchers.
