F ireworks are banned in certa in areas oftown. The “no fireworks zone” are the fo llow ing three areas: A llfireworks are banned in the fo llow ing areas: • The “North EastBoundary (Same as years past)on the northeastfooth illboundaries ofSpringv ille.The fireworks ban is designed to preventany fireworks be ing used w ith in 1000 ft.ofthe US Forest/Springv ille C ity boundary nearthe footh ills.The boundary is defined as fo llows:Starting atMa in Streetand 1400 North, eastup through M illpond Dr.;easton 400 North and w ind ing its way overto 1300 Eastand up Canyon Road to 2450 East,inc lud ing a llareas eastof2400 Eastto the C ity lim its. • The entire area westofthe ra ilroad tracks at400 West,starting on the North end oftown and extend ing south to the intersection ofh ighway 89 to the southern borderofSpringv ille. • Inc lud ing the area near“C lyde Park” South ofthe H igh Schoo l. To inc lude the c irc le off1200 East defined by 1100 South loop ing to 1200 South back to 1200 East. Inc lud ing the area Westof1200 East between the South borderofSpringv ille and 1150 south extend ing to 700 East. Lega lfireworks may be used in otherareas oftown from 11am to 11 pm , between Ju ly 2nd.and Ju ly 5th and Ju ly 22nd.and Ju ly 25th;exceptthat on Ju ly 4 and Ju ly 24,the hours are 11 a.m .to m idn ight.We encourage a llin restricted areas to take the irfam ilies to any ofthe c ity parks outside the banned area to setofffireworks.
