Ensure all Assurance activities across programme & projects are understood and effectively carried out Provide advise & guidance for all matters regarding Assurance across the GPC Portfolio CMT Champion Role – responsible for providing GP colleagues with expertise and support across the toolkit, including these key functions Project initiation support and set up of annual Portfolio’s Project Mobilisation and Closure Project Manager / Business Analyst on boarding, providing expertise and guidance to colleagues new to CMT Compliance monitoring across the GP Portfolio, ensuring 100% rating on daily basis and managing exceptions to green Stage Gate approval alignment Stakeholder management Provide a direct route into GCM for any ad-hoc system queries Represent GP Change on CDP / GCM meetings /CMT Champion voice for Payments at all forums

WHAT I ENJOY MOST ABOUT THE ROLE… Being the ‘Go to’ person for anything CMT The variety the role brings and the diverse

interaction that comes with the role. Embedding new processes and procedures and the

testing/support that I ensure that I have a key role in supporting the central Change Enablement team

THE ROLE CHALLENGES ARE… Managing the Projects stakeholders if the projects drop

MY TYPICAL DAY…

A typical day will include the following:

Daily checks across all Projects within the Global Payments Portfolio of Projects on the Change Management Toolkit ensuring all projects are in governance, in line with the Group Change Policy.

Ensure all Assurance activities across programme & projects are understood and effectively carried out

Provide advise & guidance for all matters regarding Assurance across the GPC Portfolio

CMT Champion Role – responsible for providing GP colleagues with expertise and support across the toolkit, including these key functions

Project initiation support and set up of annual Portfolio’s

Project Mobilisation and Closure Project Manager / Business Analyst on boarding,

providing expertise and guidance to colleagues new to CMT

Compliance monitoring across the GP Portfolio, ensuring 100% rating on daily basis and managing exceptions to green

Central RegisterMinimum 2 CMT Assurance reviews carried out through Project Lifestyle for all Gold & Platinum Projects

Full Project Review Granular checks carried out by Programme services

Face to face review with Project Manager & PMO leads

CMT Master classes/Best Practice/Drop in sessions/Community Forum Slots

Ownership of the Global Payments Master
