• Not every PSAP accepts SMS to 9-1-1 Example, Williston, VT accepts SMS to 9-1-1 for entire state

• Can the PSAP set a threshold? Different than ACD

• Can a dispatcher handle more than one text at a time? Yes, core functionality allows for multiple texters.

• No E911 Phase II location for SMS to 9-1-1 SMS messaging not incorporated into voice E911 system. Location for SMS to 9-

1-1 provided using commercial location-based server.
