Experience a new way of monitoring your processFinesse digital SmartTransmitter blades are mounted within an
enclosure in a Finesse bioreactor controller. The Virtual Transmitter
module in Finesse TruBio® software allows full access to all of
each blade’s functions, simulates a physical transmitter, and
provides alarms and connectivity monitoring capability.
TruFluor® and TruTorr® transmitters provide automatic input of
calibration data from Finesse single-use sensor SmartChips and
provide diagnostic information to the bioreactor control system.
Automatically record single-use sensor lot and serial numbersEach Finesse single-use sensor contains a SmartChip with the lot
and serial numbers and calibration data. TruFluor SmartTransmitters
automatically collect the data from the SmartChip as soon as the
sensor is connected. TruBio software then records the information
for integration in the final batch report if required.
Finesse SmartTransmitters can facilitate access to stored
user calibration data depending on sensors used.
Ready for multiple connectionsOutput signals can be either analog or digital format. If requested by the
user, SmartTransmitter technology can integrate customer-specific digital
communication protocols into our industrial Ethernet open protocol.

SmartScaleThe Finesse SmartScale transmitter
provides precise weight values for
dosing or feeding strategies. Whatever
the sensor technology (load cell or
balance), the SmartScale transmitter
delivers an accurate signal that allows
the user to perform multi-feeding
application using only one device.
TruTorr The TruTorr transmitter in combination with
the Finesse TruTorr single-use headspace
pressure sensor, monitors headspace
pressure and minimizes artifact signals.
TruSensThe Finesse TruSens transmitter is
a combined technology designed to
monitor all conventional pH and dissolved
oxygen (DO) sensors. It allows the
connection of 2 resistance temperature
detectors (RTDs) or 2 thermistor inputs
to suit the user’s preferred sensor
technology in upstream processes.
TruFluorTruFluor transmitters combine
measurement of temperature with
pH or dissolved oxygen values. They
are fully compatible with TruFluor
pH, DO, or pH+dO2 SmartReaders
to guarantee perfect monitoring
of a single-use application.

Blade Transmitter
*If a sensor loop is activated but no sensors are attached, the following errors will be seen: The DO current will drop and produce a low “%SAT” reading,
the pH will be unstable and indeterminate, RTD channels will read maximum temperature, and the thermistor channels will read minimum temperature.
SmartScale resolution: Internal: 24bit (1:1,677,716). Digital Interface: 0.01g
Warranty: Each TruFluor Transmitter is warranted for one full year (12 months) from date of shipment against defects in material and workmanship.
