What is SMART SCREEN? Is a Display monitor that shows Live Games & Virtual Sports found in the outlet. Live Games and Virtual Sports shown are controlled in the MSW Main Office. The number of Smart Screen varies in the size of an outlet.

SMART SCREEN TROUBLESHOOTING

When your SMART SCREEN turns into this….

No Game is being display….

OR it shows a Blue Screen with Play Button only..

OR if the display game is hang up and not loading…

OR if the SCREEN is just loading…..

It’s Time for Troubleshooting…

Outlet Staff can refresh the Smart screen or do hard reset

If after doing this the problem still continue, Outlet Staff to call the MSW CS Supervisor @ 887-2525 Loc. 8515 and escalate the problem

MSW CS Supervisor or Senior CS on duty will navigate the Smart screen through their Megasportsworld Smart Screens Commander account.

All SMART SCREENS in the outlet will be numbered accordingly, For ease of navigation through MSW SMART SCREENS COMMANDER

This will take effect Sept.07,2015

If MSW CS Supervisor has done all the troubleshooting on their end and the problem continues, MSW CS Supervisor will escalate the problem to INVENTIV MEDIA SUPPORT @ 954-1581/0977-3224834 Mon-Fri 9am-6pm or 0927-8800362 for weekend or onsite visit to check our equipment.
