One of the most ambitious projects of its kind under development in the nation is FortZED, a three-way initiative of the Colorado Clean Energy Cluster (CCEC), Fort Collins Utilities (FCU), and UniverCity Connections.

FortZED will be realized through a systems approach with a broad portfolio of smart grid technologies, renewable energy sources and supporting public policies.
