WHAT’S THE PROJECT ABOUT ?

This project is for:

DIFERENT IDEAS AND ASPECTS involved

We want to improve the traffic lights in different aspects:

● Health - ambulances● Traffic - cars and pedestrians● Economy - Cheaper energies ● Environment - Renewable energy

OUR IDEAOur idea consists of creating a traffic light that includes a warning light sign (ambulance shaped) that emits light and sound when an ambulance approaches.

DEVELOPMENT- Our idea is to create a remote control the

ambulance driver presses to change the light of the traffic lights when there is an emergency.

DEVELOPMENT

There will also be a warning traffic sign in the ambulances busiest lanes.

STENGHTS AND WEAKNESSES

STRENGHTS:- Easy to be carried out. - Cheap and easy to manage.- Reduce ambulance response times. Injured and ill people will be picked up and taken to hospital faster and so more

lives will be saved.- Reduce accidents involving ambulances.

WEAKNESSES:

- System depending on batteries and electricity. - Another point is that it will be difficult to acostumate to this new system, some people will forgot many times in an

important moment and it will spend a lot of time learning how it works.

ConclusionIn conclusion, our idea will improve medical assistance in case of emergency by reducing the ambulance response times.
