Next Step (Valley Membership Classes) Led by Pastor Jamie Taylor (326.4437). Classes that cover who we are, what we believe, what our mission is, and how you can get plugged in! 10:00am @ VCC. The Current (Youth Ministries) Led by Justin Temple (578.5144). A group for 11-18 year olds focused around studying the Word of God, connecting with one another, participating in outreaches, and having fun! 6pm @ VCC. MONDAY Celebrate Recovery Led by Deborah Marshall (532.2280). The purpose is to celebrate God’s healing power in our lives through 8 recovery principles found in the Beatitudes. 6pm @ VCC. Share Jesus Without Fear Led by Allen Cox (757-758-0994). Biweekly class; also see WEDNESDAY. Through Scripture and Christian fellowship, our focus is to shed the bondage of fear and boldly embrace the lost and help them find spiritual purpose and direction. Come dive into a study on how God is in control, can reverse impossible circumstances, and bring abundant blessing to those who are faithful. A 4-6 week study that incorporates some light daily reading and reflection. 10am @ VCC. MOA (Men of Action) Basic Led by Pastor Jamie Taylor (326.4437). A study written by Pastor David Schmaltz to encourage Christian men to be involved in serving and leading. 6pm @ VCC. The Basics Study by Francis Chan, led by Iuvina Basile (862.5049). The Basics is a 7-part DVD series about the basics of the Christian church- what we are called to be and to do - according to the Gospel. This series speaks to those who have questions about the church and to those who may have lost interest in the church. 6pm @ VCC. Random Acts of Kindness Ministry Led by Jennifer Hardy (529.3616). An outreach-focused group open to all ages who have a heart for the needy and for sharing the love of Christ in practical ways. 6:30pm @ VCC. 20s Ladies Led by Hannah Ross (936.524.7601). A study on the Gospel of John with friends. Bring your Bible! 6:30pm @ 1403 Washington St., RR. Studying the Book of Proverbs Led by Kenny and Tammy Deloatch (676.0092). Come join a powerful discussion on wisdom and learn how to apply it daily. 6:30pm @ New Day Fitness Studio (Health and Wellness Center).

WEDNESDAY Adorned: Living Out the Beauty of the Gospel Together A ladies’ study written by Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth, led by Barb Walls (532.3369). Discover the power of cross-generational friendships! Students to provide own books and commit to reading a chapter per week. Soup served while we discuss! Limited to 8 ladies. 12pm @ 306 Rollingwood, RR. VCC Youth Drama Club & Performing Arts Led by Andrea Schmaltz (532.7212). Ages 8-18. This group will focus on developing young people in the performing arts. Plans are to form a youth chorus, start prep for the next show, write skits, and grow in spiritual disciplines. Moms are invited to this group so we can share ideas on home education and plan performing arts events at VCC for this coming year. 5:30pm @ VCC. RUSH Campus Ministries (Reaching the Unreached Student Harvest) is a group for highschoolers who have a heart to reach their fellow students.
