ZORG KRANT OVER DE VERANDERINGEN IN DE ZORG SINDS 2015 Sinds 1 januari zijn verantwoordelijkheden op het gebied van de ‘zorg’ overgeheveld van het Rijk naar gemeenten. Die transitie kreeg de afgelopen maanden voor een belangrijk deel zijn beslag. BDUmedia staat in de Zorgkrant, de tweede in successie, stil bij een aantal aspecten die bij die verandering een rol speelt. Hoe ziet de balans er na de eerste maanden eruit? Zo is er het verhaal van Ineke Ludikhuizen, de partner van Willem Aantjes, die haar baan opgaf om zich geheel als mantelzorger aan de verzorging van haar man te wijden. Inmiddels kreeg dat verhaal extra actualiteitswaarde, omdat Aantjes onlangs overleed. Voor mevrouw Ludikhuizen zijn daarmee haar zorgen die ze in het artikel ventileert, de bittere werkelijkheid geworden. Maar ook zaken als laaggeletterdheid, die een negatieve invloed op de gezondheid hebben, passeren in deze bijlage de revue. Ingewikkelde kwesties die de nieuwe werkwijze nog eens verder compliceren. Deze bijlage kwam tot stand in samenwerking met Zorgbelang Gelderland/Utrecht, de regionale belangenbehartiger voor mensen die op de zorg zijn aangewezen. Count estimate MOEs produced using the general
approximation formula do not vary greatly from published MOEs
in New York City
There is little correlation between number of tracts aggregated
and deviation from published MOEs
MOEs for percents using general approximation and percent

Alternatives to general approximation formulas, including
Generalized Variance Functions and modified PUMS formulas,
can be used to produce reasonably reliable error estimates
These approaches to MOE estimation can be used with
confidence in aggregating ACS data, but we encourage further
research that evaluates these approaches in other geographies
