The consortium
Rationale of the meeting The project technical meeting will be held in San Michele all’Adige (Italy) and will last three days (19-21 January 2015).
Partners should travel to San Michele all’Adige the day before the meeting (18 January) and leave the place the day after it finishes (22 January) or late in the evening of the last day (21 January).
The meeting will be articulated in the following sections:
1) Introduction to the project status by the Project Coordinator;
2) Presentation of technical Work Packages by the WP leaders. This will include: an overview of the current state of the art, a presentation of the overall strategy and detailed plan of the activities of each WP defining what will be done with a task granularity.
3) Openness, awareness and dissemination activities. The WP leader in charge of this specific activity will present the awareness and dissemination activities undertaken so far and will propose improvements for future activities, and give more information how to keep track of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4) Project management update.
5) Parallel technical session between partners to discuss in details specific items.Meeting with local stakeholders.
