““And recite to them, [O Muhammad], the news of And recite to them, [O Muhammad], the news of him him

to whom we gave [knowledge of] Our signs, but he to whom we gave [knowledge of] Our signs, but he

detached himself from themdetached himself from them; so Satan pursued him, and ; so Satan pursued him, and

he became of the deviators.”he became of the deviators.”

“And if We had willed, we could have elevated him

thereby, but he adhered [instead] to the earth and

followed his own desire. So his example is like that of

the dog: if you chase him, he pants, or if you leave him,

he [still] pants. That is the example of the people who

denied Our signs. So relate the stories that perhaps they

will give thought.”

(Qur’an: A’raf: 7: 176 )





““And And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who the servants of the Most Merciful are those who

walk upon the earth in humbleness, and when the ignorant walk upon the earth in humbleness, and when the ignorant

address them [harshly], they say [words of] peace,”address them [harshly], they say [words of] peace,”

TAWAA-TAWAA-DHDHU’U’



““To Allah belong the east and the West: To Allah belong the east and the West:

Whithersoever ye turn, Whithersoever ye turn, there is the presence of Allahthere is the presence of Allah. .

For Allah is all-Pervading, all-Knowing.”For Allah is all-Pervading, all-Knowing.”

““Thus, He (Allah) begins the creation of man Thus, He (Allah) begins the creation of man out of clay; out of clay;

act of creation?” Nay, but [by saying this] act of creation?” Nay, but [by saying this] they deny the truth they deny the truth that that

they are destined to meet their Sustainer!”they are destined to meet their Sustainer!”

““And yet, O man, thine end comes hourly] nearer unto thee, and And yet, O man, thine end comes hourly] nearer unto thee, and

nearer –and ever nearer unto thee, and nearer! nearer –and ever nearer unto thee, and nearer!

DOES MAN, then, DOES MAN, then, think that he is to be left to himself think that he is to be left to himself to go about to go about

at will? Was he not once at will? Was he not once a [mere] drop of sperm a [mere] drop of sperm that had been that had been

spilt, and thereafter became spilt, and thereafter became a germ-cell a germ-cell - whereupon He created - whereupon He created

and formed [it] in accordance with what [it] was meant to be, and formed [it] in accordance with what [it] was meant to be,

and fashioned out of it the two sexes, the male and the female? and fashioned out of it the two sexes, the male and the female?

Is not He (Allah)Is not He (Allah), then; able to bring the dead back to life, then; able to bring the dead back to life?”?”

“ONLY THEY [truly] believe in Our messages who, whenever

they are conveyed to them, fall down, prostrating

themselves in adoration, and extol their Sustainer’s limitless

glory and praise; and who are never filled with false pride;”

(Qur’an: Sajda: 32: 15)



““Your God is the One God: but because of their Your God is the One God: but because of their false pride, false pride,

the hearts of those who do not believe in the life to come the hearts of those who do not believe in the life to come

“ “ Blessed is he who are humble (Blessed is he who are humble (TAWADHU’TAWADHU’) without ) without

demeaning himself (losing self-dignity); who lowers himself demeaning himself (losing self-dignity); who lowers himself

wealth he acquired not by being disobedient (wealth he acquired not by being disobedient (MA’SIYAHMA’SIYAH); );

who (honours and) accompany the learned scholars (who (honours and) accompany the learned scholars (FAQIHFAQIH) )

and the wise (and the wise (AHLIL-HIKMAHAHLIL-HIKMAH); and who is kind (caring) ); and who is kind (caring)

towards the (DZUL-LIY) lowly (down-trodden) and the poor towards the (DZUL-LIY) lowly (down-trodden) and the poor

people (people (MASAKINMASAKIN).”).”

(humility) – till no one shall pride himself over another.; nor (from (humility) – till no one shall pride himself over another.; nor (from

Allah SWT said: “Majesty (pride or vain-glory) is my clothe, Allah SWT said: “Majesty (pride or vain-glory) is my clothe,

and Greatness (arrogance or haughtiness) is my cloak.”and Greatness (arrogance or haughtiness) is my cloak.”

““Whoever has humility, Allah will elevate his rank, Whoever has humility, Allah will elevate his rank,

and whoever has arrogance (or haughtiness), and whoever has arrogance (or haughtiness),

Allah will humiliate him.” Allah will humiliate him.”

WARNINGWARNING

““Whoever seeks knowledge (Whoever seeks knowledge (intendingintending) to argue with ) to argue with

the learned (scholars), or to brag with the foolish; the learned (scholars), or to brag with the foolish;

or with it to attract peoples’ attention to himself; or with it to attract peoples’ attention to himself;

Allah will make him to enter the Hell-fire.”Allah will make him to enter the Hell-fire.”

then verily his then verily his MURU-AHMURU-AH (honour-dignity) is perfect, and his being just (honour-dignity) is perfect, and his being just

((‘ADL‘ADL) manifested and has true brotherly love () manifested and has true brotherly love (UHKUWAHUHKUWAH).”).”

Muhammad, son of ‘Abdullah; Muhammad, son of ‘Abdullah;

and upon his Household and Companions, and upon his Household and Companions,

and all who follow and are loyal to him and all who follow and are loyal to him

MUHAM-MAD – IB- NU - ‘AB – DIL-LAAH

WA – ‘ALAA – AA – LI-HI - WA - SWOH – BIHI - WA - MAN –

TABI - ’AHU – WA WAA - LAH


ROB-BANAA- AN-FA’-NAA -BI-MAA- ‘AL-LAM-TA-NAA

O our Lord! Make us to benefit from what You have taught us.


ROB-BI –’AL-LIM- NAL- LA-DzEE- YAN-FA- ‘U-NA

O Lord! Teach us whatever that is beneficial for us.


ROB-BI –FAQ-QIH-NAA -WA -FAQ-QIH – AH-LA-NAA

O Lord! Grant upon us profound understanding,

(as also grant upon) our family members..


WA –QO-RAA-BAA-TIN-LA-NAA -FEE -DEE-NI-NAA

MA-’ A -AH-LIL-QUTw-RI- UN-THA - WA DzA-KAR

And also to those in the Faith who are close to us ,

Amongst fellow citizens, the female and the male.


ALLAA-HUM-MAJ- ’AL-NAA - HAA-DEE-NAA - MUH-TA-DEEN

O Allah! Make us to be people who guide (others) and

who are (always) guided (by Your Guidance) .


GHOY-RA- DwAA-L-LEE-NA WA LAA- MU-DwIL-LEENGHOY-RA- DwAA-L-LEE-NA WA LAA- MU-DwIL-LEEN

Not of those who are astray and who lead people astray.Not of those who are astray and who lead people astray.


ALLAA-HUM - MAH-DI-NAA BI – HU-DAAK

O Allah! Guide us all with Your Guidance.


WAJ-’AL-NAA MIM-MAN - YU-SAA - RI-’U – FEE - RI-DwAAK

And make us people who hasten towards what pleases You.


WA- LAA TUWAL-LI-NAA - WA-LIY-YAN SI-WAAKWA- LAA TUWAL-LI-NAA - WA-LIY-YAN SI-WAAK

And do not let us be protected (by others) except And do not let us be protected (by others) except

only with Your Protection (as our Guardian).only with Your Protection (as our Guardian).


WA- LAA TAJ-’AL –NAA - MIM-MAN - KHAA-LAFA WA- LAA TAJ-’AL –NAA - MIM-MAN - KHAA-LAFA

AM-RAKA WA- ‘A- SwAAKAM-RAKA WA- ‘A- SwAAK

And do not make us to be of those who differ from And do not make us to be of those who differ from

Your command and are disobedient towards You.Your command and are disobedient towards You.


WA- HAS - BU-NALLAA-HU - WA NI’-MAL - WA-KEELWA- HAS - BU-NALLAA-HU - WA NI’-MAL - WA-KEEL

And sufficient is Allah for us, for He is the Best Protector.And sufficient is Allah for us, for He is the Best Protector.


WA- LAA HAW- LA -WA –LAA -QUW-WATA - IL-LAA WA- LAA HAW- LA -WA –LAA -QUW-WATA - IL-LAA

BIL-LAA – HIL - ‘ALEE-YIL - ‘A-ZEEMBIL-LAA – HIL - ‘ALEE-YIL - ‘A-ZEEM

And there is no power nor strength except with Allah And there is no power nor strength except with Allah

The Most High, the Most Esteem.The Most High, the Most Esteem.


WA- SwOL-LALLAA-HU- ‘ALAA SAY-DI-NAA - MUHAMMADIN

WA ‘ALAA – AA-LIHI -WA SwOH-BI-HI - WA-SAL-LAM

And salutations of Allah and Peace be upon our

Leader Muhammad, and upon His household

and Companions .
