The second step in your credit and collection procedures, is to send out by email/fax/USPS, a copy of past due customer statements on a monthly basis

This modification lets you select the customer statements that fall have become past due

If you have a color printer, your can select the versions that print the colors.

If you don’t have a color printer, the office supply stores sells Past Due stamps in red.

Another option is to print or purchase from us, labels with color printing to catch the eye of the recipient
