Each morning the labourers move from their quarters to their work post and each labourer is at their post by 7.30am.

They then report to their master for the days duties. There they remain chained till 5pm and their released to go home.

THE SLAVES HAVE NO CHOICE

The slaves have no choice over how many hours they must labour. Sometimes they are required to work overtime till their master decides they can go home.

TOLD WHEN TO TAKE VACATIONS

Each year the slaves are told when they can take vacations, how long and when they must return.

THEY ARE PAID NOT WHAT THEY ARE WORTH

They are paid not for what they are worth, but for what the job is worth.

THE SLAVE REMAIN IN GREAT FEAR

The slaves remain in great fear because the master can punish them with the firing or layoff whip. Even the good and faithful slaves have felt the sting of the whip.

DAY BY DAY THEY WORK

Day by day they work until finally when their to old to work and their master decides to send them to the retirement cam and they wait to die
