Project Profile Slater Family Ice Arena Bowling Green State University Location: Bowling Green, Ohio Client: General Contractor, Mosser Construction Type of Project: Renovation Background: The conversation surrounding the renovation of this ice facility started with the age and condition of the rink along with the need to replace the R22 refrigeration system (a federal mandate that says R22 must be phased out by the year 2020). Becker Arena Products was chosen to build a new dasher system partnering on this project with Mosser Construction, Stevens Engineers, Cimco Refrigeration and The Slater Family Ice Arena .
