Service OfferingThe NSW Health State-Wide Skype for Business platform provides communication and

collaboration capabilities to NSW Health staff. The service offering provides the following

functions via a desktop or mobile device:

• A Skype intranet page (or similar) made available on the LHD intranet that will enable

staff to view and download training, FAQ and support materials

• A ‘Welcome to Skype’ email will be sent to all Skype Users as part of the rollout and

ongoing BAU
