Puji syukur penulis panjatkan kehadapan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa karena

atas rahmat dan karunianya, penulis dapat menyelesaikan skripsi yang berjudul

“Penambahan Shaking Massage Pada Latihan Active Isolated Stretching Lebih

Efektif Dalam Meningkatkan Fleksibilitas Otot Hamsring Dari Pada Latihan

Active Isolated Stretching Pada Sekaa Teruna Banjar Medahan”.

Tugas ini merupakan salah satu persyaratan untuk memperoleh gelar

sarjana Fisioterapi. Penulis menyadari bahwa keberhasilan dalam penyusunan

ISOLATED STRETCHING PADA SEKAA TERUNA BANJAR MEDAHAN

ABSTRAK

Fleksibilitas adalah kemampuan tubuh untuk mengulur diri seluas-luasnya

yang ditunjang oleh luasnya gerakan pada sendi. Fleksibilitas salah satu

komponen yang dibutuhkan pada setiap orang untuk menjaga kondisi

fisik.Kondisi fisik yang baik akan mempengaruhi kualitas dari aktivitas yang

dikerjakan, karena apabila keadaan fisik seseorang tanpa mengalami gangguan

maka akan meningkatkan produktivitas yang berkualitas, sebaliknya bilamana

seseorang tersebut mengalami gangguan maka akan mengganggu aktivitas yang

menyebabkan turunnya kualitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk

mengetahui efektifitas penambahan shaking massage pada latihan active isolated

stretching dan latihan active isolated stretching dalam meningkatkan fleksibilitas

otot hamstring.

Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan rancangan

penelitian randomized two group pre-test and post-test design. Sampel sebanyak

22 orang yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok perlakuan masing-masing 11 orang.

Kelompok 1 diberikan latihan active isolated stretching dan kelompok 2 diberikan

penambahan shaking massage pada latihan active isolated stretching.

Hasil penelitian ini dilakukan uji normalitas dengan saphiro wilk test dan

uji homogenitas dengan levene’s test.Perbedaan rerata peningkatan fleksibilitas

otot hamstring sebelum dan setelah perlakuan setiap kelompok di uji dengan

paired sample t-test, dengan hasil p=0,000 dan beda rerata 6,59±1,496 pada

kelompok 1. Pada kelompok 2 p=0,000 dengan beda rerata 7,95±1,680. Dari uji

beda independent sample t-test didapatkan selisih p sebelum dan setelah perlakuan

dengan nilai p=0,034 (p<0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukan adanya perbedaan yang

bermakna antara kelompok 1 dan kelompok 2.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan

penambahan shaking massage pada latihan active isolated stretching lebih efektif

dalam meningkatkan fleksibilitas otot hamstringdari pada latihan active isolated

stretching.

STRETCHING IS MORE EFFECTIVE IN IMPROVING FLEXIBILITY

OF HAMSTRING MUSCLES THAN ACTIVE ISOLATED STRETCHING

EXERCISE AT SEKAA TERUNA BANJAR MEDAHAN

ABSTRACT

Flexibility is the body's ability to extend themselves widest supported by

the extent of movement in the joints. Flexibility is one of the components needed

for every people to maintain physical condition. Good physical condition will

affect the quality of the activity undertaken, because if the physical conditions of a

person without disorder it will be increase the productivity of quality, otherwise

when someone is experiencing interference will disrupt the activities that cause a

decline in quality. The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of the

addition of shaking massage on active isolated stretching exercises and active

isolated stretching exercises to increase flexibility of hamstring muscles.

This research method is experimental research with the study design

randomized two group pre-test and post-test design. The samples were consisting

of 22 people who divided into two treatment groups of 11 people each. Group 1

was given active isolated stretching exercises and group 2 was given the addition

shaking massage on active isolated stretching exercises.

The results of this study were conducted by normality shapiro wilk test

and homogeneity test with levene's test. Differences between the average increase

in the flexibility of the hamstring muscles before and after each treatment group

tested by paired sample t-test, with the result p = 0.000 and a mean difference of

6.59 ± 1.496 in group 1. In group 2, p = 0.000 with a mean difference 7.95 ±

1.680. From different test independent sample t-test p difference obtained before

and after treatment with p = 0.034 (p <0.05). The results showed that there were

significant differences between group 1 and group 2.

Based on the results, it can be concluded the addition shaking massage on

active isolated stretching exercises are more effective in improving the flexibility

of the hamstring muscles of the active isolated stretching exercises.
