User flow - receptionCaptures:- casual visit- new user with appointment- new user walk-in- free 7 day pass- any others? Work out plus 1? Renewal?

Receptionist dashboard - appointments- MC status in fly out menu- Action buttons are on page - less buttons.- Add includes them on the wait list. - Delete removes them from the list entirely

Receptionist dashboard - waiting list- If customer enters presentation immediately disappears from the list or can be deleted.

Receptionist search result- can alter result - can you change the club?- what if person’s details are incorrect or you want to change club or MC assigned?

NME Guest register - receptionist view- Answer questions that then display for MC

NME - Guest Register - customer view- Waiver copy- Contact details - prepop if possible- Signatures - open pop-up window where signature is added on pad. - Parent guardian bozes only appear if user is under 18.

NME - Guest Register - customer view- Submit takes user to thank you screen.

CV - guest register - customer view- waiver- contact details - prepop if possible.- how did you hear about GL?

Receptionist search- Signatures and submit takes you to thank you screen.

Receptionist search- Tells you to wait for receptionist- System needs to be unlocked by receptionist with a code. Wires to be supplied.

TOOLS

Tools - class timetable- Content taken from website- Will probably need to lose the graphics. - Drop down menu will list nearby clubs before listing all clubs in alphabetical order by state.

Tools - hours- Have combined child minding hours and club hours on one page.

Tools - maps- Google map shows current club in centre of screen with nearby clubs - can zoom in and out. - Can change current club which will show a different club in the centre of the screen and again the ability to zoom in and out. - If you click on a club will it have a pop up with the address?

Promotion template- simple template with name of promotion, copy area and image area.

Facilities- Taken from the website

MC DASHBOARD

MC Dashboard - appointments- Separated out waiting list from appointments- view just my appointments or all appointments- Change date and see appointments on a different day- Search will search all users - need to work out where this fits because you need to bypass reception with a user correct?

MC Dashboard - waiting list- ability to accept someone who is waiting

PRICE PRESENTATION

Price Presentation- 2 Products- Required elements and optional elements- Toggle for home club or all clubs- clicking the cross or swiping away will remove an optional from the membership.

- Details of price appear on a swivel card- Additions, higher authority and partners all appear on swipe in menus.

- If you select a membership then you get a pop up that says are you sure you want to choose this membership?

Price presentation - prices secondary view- secondary view of the pricing structure.

Price presentation - pull out menus- Partners with an a-z- Additions - click the plus and an addition is added to both products.- Higher authority code is submitted and price changes.

Referrals- click plus to add as many referrals as you like.
