labelled for industrial use. However, proper preparation is essential; if the
concrete slab is not porous enough, the paint may flake off once the floor is

time-consuming, expensive, and labor-intensive. Painting is probably best
suited to a small, low-traffic area.
Acid and water-based stains create permanent colour effects on the surface

the floor in different colours, patterns and variety can be created.
Acid-based stained concrete have fewer colour options than water-based
stains, and because of the nature of the process, the results may vary from

that stains on the floor may still show through. Water-based colours can be
more intense.
