Summary: Lessons Learned• ‘Design by committee’ does have some advan-

tages – but be prepared to defend your must-haves (and be prepared to be overruled)

• Plan ahead to help audience find same info in new wrapper

• Set deadlines & communicate them• Set a freeze date for design; further requests

held for phase 2• Share development links to track progress
