Approximate locations are shown on Figure 1 below. Details of the subsurface conditions encountered are summarised in the attached test pit logs. Bulk Earthworks: Controlled fill within the block was placed under Level 1 control as defined in AS 3798:2007. D&N Geotechnical undertook the controlled filling surveillance and reporting (D&N, 2021A & 2021B). Fill material comprised soil and excavated weathered rock sourced from site which was broken down and compacted by compactor/pad foot roller. Refer attached test pit logs for material description after compaction. Laboratory Testing: Previous laboratory testing results indicated liquid limit ranging from 27-58%, plasticity index ranging from 11-42%, linear shrinkage ranging from 5.5-12.0%.
