AND PRESENTLY CONSTRUCTION IS ON PROCESS FOR RELIANCE MALL.THE SITE IS LOCATED IN VIKASPURI, BLOCK A, ADJACENT TO PETROL PUMP, NEW DELHI- 110059.

    NAREA :13628 M SQ.

  • SITE-THE SITE IS MERELY A FLAT LAND,WITH VEGETATION SURROUNDED AT THREE SIDES OF THE PLOT. THE AREA OF THE SITE IS 13628 SQ M. THE SHAPE OF THE SITE IS IN RECTANGULAR FORM.CIRCULATION-SITE IS ACCESSED BY MAJOR ROAD- SHIVAJI MARG.SURROUNDED BY RESIDENTIAL AS WELL AS COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS.VISUAL ANALYSIS-THE SITE IS NEARLY 1.5 KMS AWAY FROM THE METRO STATION AND BUS DEPOT.LAND MARK IS POLICE STATION NEAR THE SITE.ATTACHED TO THE SITE IS THE PETROL PUMP AND MARRIAGE FIELD, TEMPLES IN THE NORTH AND EAST DIRECTION, PARK IN THE EAST SIDE, COMMERCIAL AS WELL AS RESIDENTIAL BLOCKS IN NORTH AND WEST SIDES, SCHOOL ON THE WEST SIDE.VEGETATION IS PRESENT AT THREE SIDES OF THE SITE .AT ONE FACE OF THE SITE, ROAD OF SPAN 24M IS RUNNING,THE OTHER TWO SIDES OF NEARLY 13M TOWARDS THE RESIDENTIAL AREAS.DRAINAGE SYSTEM IS PROVIDED ALONG THE SIDES OF SITE .SHIVAJI MARG
