The SIT30816 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery qualification provides individuals with the skills and knowledge required to be competent as a qualified cook. DURATION DETAIL

The SIT30816 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is delivered by face to face training over a period of 12 - 36 months. This training consists of 12 to 36 x 2 - 3 hour training sessions sessions at the participant’s workplace by a qualified trainer along with structured training undertaken during their work activities. All training sessions will be negotiated with the employer directly, to work within staff availability and employer constraints.
