INTISARI
Pariwisata merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupan manusia terutama menyangkut kegiatan sosial ekonomi yang dipandang sebagai salah satu industri yang prospektif di masa yang akan datang. Pembangunan kepariwisataan perlu terus diupayakan guna menjadi sub sektor yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian nasional dan daerah. Kriteria yang sering dijadikan acuan untuk menarik minat masyarakat di antaranya adalah jenis wisata, biaya tiket, akses jalan, pusat perbelanjaan serta fasilitas. Hal itu tentunya menjadi permasalahan tersendiri bagi masyarakat karena setiap jenis wisata mempunyai kriteria atau ketentuan yang berbeda-beda. Sistem informasi berbasis komputer dapat digunakan dalam memecahkan masalah berupa pengambilan keputusan atau sistem pendukung keputusan (Decision Support System), Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) juga dikenal dengan penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut. Tujuan dari aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan tempat wisata dan rekreasi di kabupaten purbalingga ini adalah membuat dan mengimplementasikan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) dalam sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan tempat wisata dan rekreasi sehingga didapat rekomendasi terbaik secara cepat.

ABSTRACT
Tourism is an integral part of human life, especially regarding the social and
economic activities are seen as one of the prospective industries in the future. Tourism
development should be pursued in order to become a sub-sector that can improve the
national and regional economy. Criteria are often used as a reference to the public
interest of which is a kind of travel, the ticket cost, access roads, shopping centers and
facilities. It would be a problem for the community because each type of travel has a
criteria or conditions vary. Computer-based information systems can be used in solving
the problem of decision-making or decision support system, The method used is the
Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) also known as a weighted sum of the
performance rating for each alternative on all attributes. The Purpose of the selection
decision support system is to create and implements method of SAW (Simple Additive
Weighting) in the selection of decision support system and recreational sites in order to
get the best recommendations quickly .
