    I- C th thc vt pht trin nh hai kiu in i lin quan cht ch vi nhau: in i

    Trong thi gian thch ng vi lactozo, trong cthE. Coli cm ng ng thi 3 enzim:- galactosidazac tc dng phn gii lactozo thnh ng glucozo v galactozo; permeazacn cho svn chuyn lactozo qua mng vo bn trong tbo; transacetylazakhng tham giavo schuyn ha lactozo.

    E. Coli sdng 3 enzim thu nhn v bt u trao i lactozo, lc cc gen m hacng ng vai tr nhl n viu tit. Nhn vo hnh 1.2A, ta thy r rang 3 gen m hacc enzim ktip nhau sdng lactozo. l 3 gen cu trc(gen sdng lactozo). St knhm cc gen cu trc c cc on ngn ADN gip khng chchng. Mt trnh tc

    Mt cm cc gen cu trc nhvy vi nhng chc nng lin quan, cng vi gen khiu v gen chhuy c gi l mt operon. Operon ch tn ti trong cthtin nhn.
