A newly developed screw jack system that makes it easy to adjust the gap between rolls and equally brings the rolls together. (*)The rollers in HUM crushers could be removed and assembled in one direction therefore the machines can be installed beside walls.Electric consumption is very low compared to its competitors.Machines are fabricated from strong steel plates and profiles.There are leading plates ensuring entry of seed between rollers and there are side plates preventing escape of seed to shaft bearings.Surfaces of rollers are hardened thus high strength is attained. Bodies are ductile, firm and shock absorbing so the best conditions are ensured.There are plates leading the crushed seed to exit.Amount of the material fed to the rollers is adjusted by level control mechanism.When a large piece enters between feeder rollers, the switch controllers at pistons warn the valves and the scraper roller permits passage of the piece between pre-defined bottom and top limits.Two screws operating in reverse directions in the feeding bunker where the seeds are fed to the rollers ensure continuous circulation of seeds and prevent jamming. Also it provides feeding of seeds along the entire roller.Scrapers guarantee that roller surfaces are kept perfectly clean during operation.Roller bearings of the rollers have long life time and mounted on synthetic materials with anti-abrasive property. Bearings allow single direction thermal elongation and shrinkage.Inspection and maintenance of the machines could be performed fast and safely through the easily opening lids. Product sample could be easily taken through a special window at bottom and front.The desired capacity and productivity can be attained with our machines of the advanced technology only.

Machines are fabricated from strong steel plates and profiles. Because their construction is rigid, the machine carries its weight in the safest manner. The load and the vibration of rollers during operation are absorbed properly.

There are leading plates ensuring entry of seed between rollers and there are side plates preventing escape of seed to shaft bearings.

There are plates leading the flaked seed to exit.

Surfaces of rollers are hardened thus high strength is attained. Bodies are ductile, firm and shock absorbing so the best conditions are ensured.There is a safe hydraulic unit, comprised of two-way hydraulic piston and valves for the passage of a large piece without giving any damage. The hydraulic unit does not carry the entire load for the sake of having longer lifetime. There is also a mechanical device in the unit as security.

Amount of the material fed between rollers is adjusted by level controller. In case of insufficient feeding, distance between the rollers is increased automatically via level controller in order to prevent contact of rollers to each other dangerously.

When a large piece enters between feeder rollers the switch controllers warn the valves and the scraper roller permits passage of the piece between bottom and top limits that will be pre-defined.

Two screws operating in reverse directions in the feeding bunker where the seeds are fed to the rollers ensure continuous circulation of seeds and prevent jamming. Also it provides feeding of seeds along the entire roller.

Scrapers guarantee that roller surfaces are kept perfectly clean during operation.

PLANETARY REDUCER provides silent operation, infinite lifetime and high efficiency with oil cooler system which has low oil consumption, operated with cooled oil circulation. Reducers that are used in presses and cookers are planetary type reducers which guarantee the most efficient, silent and non-vibrating operation in a compact volume.

FREQUENCY CONTROLLED FEEDING SCREW; speed adjustment of feeding screws is controlled by frequency and they are designed to obtain maximum feeding according to features of the raw material. Revolution of the feeding screw is controlled with frequency adjustment, thus maximum operation capacity of the press is ensured. Feeding screw is driven by a reducer motor.

MAIN SHAFT provides the best efficiency by cooling with the continuous water circulation system. The press main shaft is drilled and equipped with a stainless steel pipe and a special sealed cooling system to provide continuous cooling water circulation.

HYDRAULIC CAGE OPENING SYSTEM; when cage is needed to be opened or closed, the system opens and closes the cages very easily with the help of a strong telescopic piston and an electric hydraulic power unit.

WORM & COLLAR are made of special alloy, strengthened by heat treatment or custom manufactured with armor as an alternative. Worms are designed to receive maximum yield from the presses and they have been specially processed and manufactured from materials with the longest life span. Surfaces are upgraded to high hardness value in order to have optimum lifetime.
