Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. The seats will be offered on First Come First Serve (FCFS) basis.

2. Payment can be made in 2 instalments. A booking fee of 1,000 per trainee will be needed to block the seat and be eligible for any of the discounted offers.

3. The balance payment should be made in 2nd instalment at least 15 days before the training program.

4. For availing early bird discount, the full payment should be made before the end of early bird date.

1. Booking fee is non-refundable.

2. For cancellation request received up to 20 days before the training program, entire amount will be refunded except the booking fee of 1,000.

3. For cancellation request received up to 10 days before the training program, 60% of the amount will be refunded.

4. For cancellation request received less than 10 days before the training program, 30% of the amount will be refunded.
