Accessing DialMyCalls – Customers have several options when itcomes to utilizing DialMyCalls' mass notification system. The most

feature­rich implementation of our service will be through the

desktop version of the website which can be found at

www.DialMyCalls.com ­ a mobile version is also available for those

accessing the service from a smartphone. In addition to our

website, DialMyCalls also has a mobile app which is available for

Add and manage all of your congregration members from your web­based DialMyCalls account. We offer three options

for you to add your church members: Add Individual Contacts, Upload an Excel Spreadsheet (CSV, XLS or XLSX) or

copy/paste a list of phone numbers with the quick add feature ­ contact groups keep your numbers organized.

Set Up An Account For Your Church ­ Step 1

Easily create personalized recordings from your DialMyCalls account. Our church calling system has four different

options for you to create a recording to broadcast: Record Using A Phone (Most Popular Method), Upload A

Recording (WAV or MP3), Text­To­Speech Tool, or our Phone­In System ­ you can have as many custom recordings

in your church account as needed.

Step 2 ­ Create A Message To Be Sent

Your DialMyCalls account gives you access to our robust church calling platform. There are three options available

when creating a new broadcast: Create Call Broadcast, Create Text Broadcast or Create A Free Call Broadcast.

Credits or a monthly plan are required to create a premium call broadcast or text message broadcast ­ 1 credit = 1 call

to 1 number with a 30 second message OR 1 text message (157 Characters) to 1 number.

Step 3 ­ Schedule Your Broadcast

Once you have sent out a voice broadcast or text message broadcast to your church members, you will be able to view

a detailed report that will display the status of every message sent. Quickly reference the pie chart to see how many of

your messages were successful and those that were unsuccessful. Customers have the ability to create a

downloadable CSV file of each report to keep for their records.
