Licensing Options:
Node: Node licenses – also known as workstation licenses – support the needs of individuals who hold primary responsibility for tuning PID controllers. Installed on a single laptop or computer workstation they equip regular users with ready access to this valuable process optimization technology.
Site: Site licenses are ideal for groups of users who share responsibility for meeting the controller tuning and process optimization needs across a production facility. A site license – sometimes referred to as “network” licenses – is installed on and accessed from either a server or network drive located within the facility. Designated users must have read/write access to the server or network drive.
Enterpise: Enterprise licenses support the optimization needs of multiple production facilities. They provide an economical means for achieving and maintaining safe and profitable operations. Equipped with a ‘check-in, check-out’ feature, enterprise licenses are also well suited for large teams of users who have only occasional need for PID controller tuning technology.
