Integrating your call data with a Power BI Streaming Dataset allows for real-time reporting as well as weekly and even monthly reporting. Customize your Power BI reports to represent the metrics you want to see. The following data points are captured for each call and then pushed to the Streaming Dataset: Calling User, Called User, Call Length, Call Termination Cause, Call Start, Call End and Call Date. These 7 values will allow for some great report generation that will provide insight on the amount of traffic your call center is undertaking.
