2. Approved by Health Canada in 2006. As of 2013, breast implants in Canada are manufactured only by two companies: Allergan and Mentor. 3. Gummy bear implants are filled with a much thicker and denser silicone gel. When you cut into these implants , the silicone does not run or ooze out all over the place. Its almost like cutting into a gummy bear. 4. If you cut into an old style silicone implant, the liquid silicone will run out freely. 5.
