Silent Lights Installation

Silent Lights is a series of architectural gates that frame and light up a pedestrian path - one of the few routes to Red Hook’s only subway station.Programmed to respond to sound, each gate will light up sequentially based on the patterns of surrounding tra�c. By day, the sculptural gates will renderpatterns of natural light passing through its perforations; at night, the installation will o�er a safer, interactive experience for pedestrian commuters in Red Hook.
