Revised Site Development Plan
1. Lack provision for separate first-aid facilities for untoward extreme accidents.
Solution:
A separate clinic was provided beside the clubhouse for immediate emergency response. Lifeguards will also be available. Safety equipments such as helmet and vest will be required to all who wishes to do water play and watersporting activities.
2. Reorient the cottages nearer to the attraction.
Solution: The cluster of Cabin C was relocated to the other lodging areas. Whereas, rentable cottages were also provided near the watersports facilities.
268LA CONSOLACION COLLEGE-ARFIEN DEPARTMENT PAGE
Since most of the lodging areas are near the water play park, huts, or small lodging, were provided near the Watersports Cable Park. Cottages were provided on the active spaces.
269LA CONSOLACION COLLEGE-ARFIEN DEPARTMENT PAGE
5. Re-plan the site development-the road network, groupings and future expansion.
Solution: (See Revised Site Development Plan). The road was maintained due to the projection and possibility of thousands of guests during big events in the future. The road will also serve as parallel parking spaces. Given that the site is too big for walking for some people, there’s a free shuttle ride, in a scheduled time, that will be able to fetch and bring the guests to the desired destination. As suggested by the jury, landscaping was provided in order to boost the interest of the guests. In order to avoid car accidents, a speed limit of 20kph shall be implemented; humps and pedestrians are incorporated. The lodging areas were grouped together (refer answer to question no.2) and the future expansion areas were shown.
6. Provide emergency/ clinic separate from the convention hall.
Solution: Refer answer to no.1
7. Provide separate cabanas for the passive and active activities.
Solution: Refer answer to no. 2
8. Provide service road for emergency.
Solution: The road is already too wide and big enough for emergency and buses. (Refer answer to no. 5)
10. Provide expandable parking areas for convention hall of 1500 occupants.
Solution: More parking areas for the buses and cars were added. (See Revised Site Development Plan)
11. Provide water maintenance
Solution: Since the researcher has limited knowledge on the details about the man-made lake, areas were provided to serve as the water maintenance on each man-made lake. The water maintenance area includes the biofilter that will treat the water. It may be displayed as another landscaped pond or as an underground water treatment. (See Revised Site Development Plan)

12. Compute for the design capacity of the water tank
Site capacity: 3,500 people
3,500x10 gallons= 35,000 gallons
50,000 gallon shall be the capacity of the water tank to be provided.
13. Shower bath needed- waterplay (local) - immediate market. Solution: Shower bath was already provided at the old Site Development Plan.
14. Emergency response for both waterplay and wakeboarding area.
Solution: Refer answer to no.1
