March 2, 2019 - Joint elements of PDEA RO III-RSET, PDEA Pampanga PO and FSNL, 3012nd AISS, 301st SMG, 300th AISW, PAF conducted BUY-BUST operation resulted to the dismantling of DRUG DEN at Pineda St. Brgy. DAU, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, arrest of seven (7) HVT’s namely; Joneth S. Flores@Angel, Leslie P. Calaguas, Renato Marcelo, Jessie C. Buan, Richard Tulagan, Ma. Clara Calaguas and Marlon Laureano and confiscation of MOL 13 grams of shabu with estimated value of Php88,400.

MPS conducted BUY BUST (HVT) operation while having a party (Skate Scheme

Sounds Hammock Party) at Stella Mariz Beach Resort Brgy. Banawang, Bagac, Bataan

which resulted to the arrest of the following drug personalities: Ariel Garcia y Regala

@ PATTY (TARGET-LISTED); Roanald Adrian y Ecinas; Kobe Corpuz y Baluyot;

Enrique Chino Padin y Dayap; and Krister Allen Canta y Mangilinan.

March 11,2019 - Joint elements of PDEA Bataan Provincial Office, Samal MPS

and Bataan PPDEU successfully conducted buy-bust operation at Barangay Lalawigan, Samal, Bataan which resulted in the arrest of DARIO ZABALA Y DE LEON (PDEA Bataan Target Listed). During the said operation, three (3) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu were recovered.

March 19, 2019 - Joint elements of PDEA Bataan Provincial Office and Orion MPS successfully conducted BUY-BUST operation at Upper Brgy. Bilolo, Orion, Bataan which resulted in the arrest of RAMIL MEDINA Y DANQUE @ JAMAN (PDEA Bataan Target Listed). During the said operation, one (1) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected Shabu was recovered.

March 22, 2019 - Joint elements of PDEA RO III-RSET, PDEA ANGELES CO,

PDEA Pampanga FSNL, 3012nd AISS, 301st SMG, 300th AISW, PAF conducted BUY-BUST operation resulted to the dismantling of DRUG DEN at Ligtasan St. Brgy. Mamatitang, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, arrest of JOHN LOYD S RAMOS, LANCE VINCENT CAMERINO SANTOS, PAULO MICLAT LICUP, VINCE MICLAT LICUP, JONAS SUNGA SAGUN, MELVIN CASTAÑAS GALANG, DARWIN GRAMONTE ADRIAS and JESTHER MICLAT SUNGA and confiscation of MOL 21 grams of dried leaves of Cannabis Sativa (Marijuana) with estimated value of Php 2, 400.00 respectively and various paraphernalia.

March 15, 2019 – Joint elements of PDEA RO III - PDEA Bulacan and Pampanga PO, PDEA RO V, PDEA RO I, SES and PNP SJDM CPS conducted joint BUY-BUST operation at Zone 2 Brgy. Graceville, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan which resulted to the arrest of Daniel Castro @Nognog and Ria Espiriyu y Canlas, and confiscation of 509.8 grams of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride.

March 27, 2019 - Joint Operatives from PDEA RONCR led by IO III Lorenzo

Advincula Jr. PDEA RO1 led by IO III Dheo Tabor, RO3 led by IA V John Jerme

Almerino, RO 4A led by IA III Christopher Basillio, RO5 Ied by IA III Vidal DC Bacolod

and SES led by IA I Gelly Robins Cataluña conducted BUY-BUST operation at the 3rd

level parking lot of SM Centerpoint Sta.Mesa resulted to the arrest of MARY JANE

ANTONIO BAYAN, ELLAINE CARBA and LARA MAY MEDINA and confiscated of

500 grams of suspected to be dangerous drugs with a standard value worth 3.4 million

pesos.

4. RECOVERY

March 21, 2019 - PNP Bulacan PPO, Bustos MPS and PDEA Bulacan PO, recovered abandoned car DAEWOO with plate number XKP 622 color black and 1007.60 grams of Shabu similar to confiscated illegal dugs in Alabang, Muntinlupa City by PDEA RO NCR along Bypass Road, Brgy. Camachilihan, Bustos, Bulacan.

B. Search and Seizure Operations: Table below shows the search and seizure operations conducted by this Regional Office for the month of March 2019. After the searches, a random drug testing of the Persons Deprived of Liberties (PDLs) and personnel from the subject jail facilities were also conducted and all were yielded negative results.
